3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

- Cooperate during project execution
- Provide required approvals, materials, and feedback on time
- Ensure they have legal rights to all content, media, and data provided to Quorae Tech
Delays in client communication or approvals may affect project timelines.
4. Payments and Billing
- Payments must be made according to the agreed quotation, invoice, or proposal.
- Projects may require an advance payment before work begins.
- All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Delayed payments may result in project suspension or delayed delivery.
- Additional revisions, scope changes, or extra work outside the agreed project scope may be charged separately.
5. Revisions and Project Changes
Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement:
- Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions.
- Major changes after approval of a project phase may require additional charges and revised timelines.
- Quorae Tech reserves the right to determine whether a request falls outside the agreed scope.
6. Intellectual Property
- Final deliverables become the property of the client only after full payment is received.
- Quorae Tech retains ownership of pre-existing materials, frameworks, tools, templates, and proprietary processes.
- Quorae Tech may showcase completed work in its portfolio, presentations, or marketing materials unless restricted by a signed confidentiality agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to unauthorised third parties unless required by law.
8. Third-Party Services
Quorae Tech may use or recommend third-party platforms, hosting providers, APIs, analytics tools, payment gateways, cloud services, or software solutions.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party outages
- Platform policy changes
- Third-party security incidents
- Service interruptions beyond our control
9. Limitation of Liability
Quorae Tech shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Business interruption
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Delays caused by third-party providers or client-side issues
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service involved.
10. Service Availability
We aim to provide an accurate and reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of services or projects.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments remain unpaid
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is identified
Clients may terminate services according to agreed contractual terms. Any completed work or pending payments up to the termination date remain payable.
12. Privacy
Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Kerala, India.
14. Changes to Terms
Quorae Tech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
